- North Sector Plan Adopted by COSA City Council:
  The North Sector Plan was adopted as a component of the City's Master Plan by City Council after a public hearing on August 5, 2010. The North Sector Plan Request for Council Action and voting results are available online.
- Final Draft North Sector Plan - City Council consideration
